SCO Mention Still Drawing Ire

Though it is over a month old, the article on Linux servers at Redmond Magazine (http://redmondmag.com/features/article.asp?editorialsid=510) continues to draw criticism. The issue at hand is that OpenServer from SCO is mentioned without mention of the company's legal wranglings. In any review of a product, I feel it is important to focus on that product, and not unrelated dealings of the company behind it. I did not mention SCO's lawsuits just as in a review of a Microsoft product, I would not mention that Gates donates as much money as he does to African causes. As great a cause as that is, it has nothing to do with the product and should not be mentioned in the review.
